Credits and payments
Do I need a subscription?
No. Buy a one-time credit pack through our secure checkout. Buying a pack only adds credits, and you decide when to use them. Your credits do not expire while your account is active.
What happens if a video fails?
It costs nothing. A failed video does not use credits, your balance stays as it was and you can try again. A connection timeout does not necessarily mean it failed: a finished video also appears in My videos.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits already used are not refunded, and a failed video is not charged. See the Refund Policy for duplicate charges and outages, or contact support about an existing order.
